- Nail Shaidullin: AZS-KART is responsible for working with customers, and the parent company HC Tatnefteproduct is responsible for the quality of gasoline and service at gas stations. The structure of the company has control management, whose functions include fuel and lubricant quality control. This control in our company is multi-stage and begins with the supply of fuel to the tank farm. Before entering the tank, the fuel is tested in a laboratory, of which there are seven in the company.

After the fuel was received at the tank farm, it passes scheduled inspections at the base itself. Before the goods are sold at gas stations, the fuel passes one more control. They also come to the gas station with a check to check the fuel for compliance with quality. Such checks are carried out suddenly, and this is the control of the work of gas station personnel directly.

Today, our main fuel suppliers are Nizhnekamsk TAIF-NK and Bashneft. Of course, the most profitable supplier for logistics is Nizhnekamsk, but, unfortunately, TAIF-NK cannot fully satisfy the republic’s fuel needs.

If we talk about the 92nd gasoline, the main type of fuel sold at gas stations, then Bashneft in Ufa produces goods of the third class, and TAIF-NK - the fourth class.

- And what is the difference between the third and fourth grade?

- Nail Shaidullin:  In fact, each person has his own preferences. Some, for example, believe that Ufa gas is better, since its density is higher and it releases more energy during combustion. But Taif gasoline is more environmentally friendly.

- How many steps does the class scale have?

- Nail Shaidullin:  From the first to the fifth. But there is no fifth grade fuel in our market yet.

- Iskander Shaikhutdinov:In fact, these are just environmental requirements, and classiness depends on the capabilities of the plant.

- Is gasoline of the first and second class still found?

- Nail Shaidullin:  There is no gasoline of the first class, and the second minimum quantity is still found. The main circulation on the market is gasoline of the third and fourth class.

- How do you control your gas stations for quality?

- Nail Shaidullin:  We have a “hidden buyer” system when an independent auditor arrives at a gas station as a private person. He has a so-called visit checklist, where he consistently notes all the services rendered to him: how the operator met him, what he was told, how he answered questions. All data flows to the parent company, where it is analyzed, and conclusions are drawn.

- And what are the most frequent complaints of clients?

- Nail Shaidullin: For example, traditionally our operators do not greet each other. However, this is a disaster not only for our gas stations, but also for the whole country. There are times when a client believes that he was rendered a poor-quality service - underfilled with gas, etc. Although this is not always the fault of the gas station, for example, often the driver begins to fill in gasoline with the engine turned off, and the arrow does not go away. Or, let's say, the client did not understand what kind of discount he should be entitled to. In all such cases, the operator must calmly explain what the rules are and what needs to be done.

We are going to become even more open to consumers, and currently we are working on the organization of a call center, where anyone can contact via a hotline. And we will work on each claim. Today Tatnefteproduct is trying to turn to its client as much as possible, to understand what is bothering him, in order to jointly eliminate all problems.

- What is a hotline, and when will it work?

- Nail Shaidullin:  The hotline is a multi-channel, round-the-clock communication channel with customers in real time, allowing you to quickly respond to all calls from the field. I think that within a month we will launch a hotline, which we will inform our customers through the media.

- And while there is no hotline, where to complain?

- How do you work with the team - do you conduct seminars and trainings?

- Nail Shaidullin: We have a training center in our company, where operators are trained and a standard certificate is issued. Moreover, we also receive training from specialists from other companies.

- Is the training paid?

- Nail Shaidullin:  Third-party specialists pay for training, and we train our employees at the expense of the company. In addition to training, we carry out certification and recertification of employees. They take place either in Kazan, or with a visit to the enterprise. In addition, the company hosts an internal “social competition”, annually holds professional skill competitions, which are gradual — first they are held in the regions of the republic, the winners of which are already competing in Kazan. Winners are awarded worthy prizes.

- Do your employees have a discount on gas stations?

- Nail Shaidullin:  Today, our employees are ordinary owners of the "Friend of the company" card. There are no special preferences for them.

- Do you have any jobs?

- Nail Shaidullin: Our staff turnover is low, so there are practically no vacancies. People work for a long time with us, whole dynasties. All of them are professionals in their field.

- And what is their salary?

- Iskander Shaikhutdinov:If we take into account that the operators work according to the “day in three” system, then the salary level is on average 15 thousand rubles.

- In your opinion, what is the reason for the scatter in gas prices between different gas stations?

- Nail Shaidullin:All operators are trying to put their gas stations in high-pass places. No operator wants to put gas stations somewhere in the area, which, of course, is important from the social point of view of providing the population with infrastructure, but not profitable. Everyone puts gas stations on an active traffic flow, high competition is formed here, and the “game” of prices begins.

On the highway, where transit transport mainly runs, the low price is often due to the fact that there is a change in fuel class.

- As is the case with Rosneftpremium?

- Nail Shaidullin:No, there was an obvious surrogate - they sold fuel made in "home" conditions. Now a different structure is working in these places. We can say that only clients suffered - they are doomed to a long lawsuit.

I can safely say that any major operator on the market - Tatnefteprodukt or Tatneft - will always be responsible for its actions and compensate the consumer for all its losses.

- In the 90s there were often cases with a surrogate, but how are things going now?

- Nail Shaidullin:The struggle with surrogate producers is ongoing, and its share is declining. Certain control measures are carried out at manufacturing enterprises. Today, the main problem that arises on the highway is the substitution of a fuel class, when, for example, stove fuel is sold under the guise of diesel fuel, which is also produced in our country in sufficient quantities.

- How much does our diesel fuel meet the requirements of foreign cars?

- Nail Shaidullin:  I advise all car owners, before refueling, to ask for a fuel quality certificate. At our gas stations in the “corner of the buyer” passports are presented where you can find out exactly who produced the fuel, what composition and class it is. And only after that you can make a decision whether it is worth pouring it into your car or not.

- Iskander Shaikhutdinov:And I advise you to study the service book of the car, which says about the recommended fuel class. It is the responsibility of the driver to see whether the fuel at the gas station is recommended according to the passport. Of course, I understand that sometimes drivers try to fill in cheaper ones, but this false saving can turn into bigger losses.

Often, when choosing between the 92nd and 95th gasoline, the driver chooses the 92nd because there is a strong opinion that there is no real 95th anywhere. Is it so? And where did this opinion come from?

- Nail Shaidullin:  Previously, the 95th gasoline was obtained from the 92nd by adding various "additives". Moreover, the “additives” were of a low class, and the main sign of their presence was that the candles were blushing - they were covered with a coating.

Today, the 95th gasoline produced in the republic and sold in our country fully complies with all requirements, its quality meets all standards. And do not take it because it is more expensive. It is no secret that at present the production technology of the 92nd is well developed, the gasoline is of high quality, and foreign cars calmly “digest” it.

But there is one “but”: if a person pays attention to how much the car travels with 92nd and 95th fuel, then he will see that with the 95th mileage will be greater, because fuel consumption is lower. Therefore, another question is whether it is profitable to drive cheaper gasoline ... In general, the car engine manufacturer is calculated, as a rule, on the 95th gasoline.

Another question from the field of service culture: at foreign gas stations, the driver first refuel the car, and then pays. Is this possible with us?

- Nail Shaidullin:  Yes, but only in the near future.
