To be honest, I liked the first ones more, because there is a long corridor in the "vests", in which it is impossible to put a wardrobe because of the abundance of doors from all rooms and a bathroom. Its area is already 8.4 sq. meter, but the functionality is almost absent.

Three-room apartments are almost all on two sides of the world, but there are, let's say, standard-corner apartments with traditional rectangular rooms and a large hall (9.8 sq. The residential complex "ZILART" from "LSR-Nedvizhimost" is located in the Danilovsky district on Avtozavodskaya street. And when, instead of factories, new residential quarters with a landscaped territory grow, the situation will noticeably improve.

The location of the complex next to the Third Transport Ring has and positive side: this leads to good transport accessibility. It will be convenient for motorists to move around the city. Traffic jams, of course, cannot be avoided.
