INTRA-BUILDING TRANSPORT WORKS
DEVELOPED by the standards department of the Cluster Information and Computing Center (KIVC) of Glavpriokskstroy of the Ministry of Construction in the northern and western regions of the USSR using regulatory materials from other ministries and departments under the methodological guidance and with the participation of the Central Bureau of Labor Standards in Construction (CBNTS) at the All-Union Scientific Research and Development Institute design institute (VNIPI) of labor in construction of the USSR State Construction Committee.

The technology for carrying out the work provided for in the collection has been agreed upon with the department for the development of technology for industrial construction and special construction work of the Design and Technology Institute (KTI) of the Ministry of Construction in the southern regions of the country.
INTRODUCTORY PART
1. The standards of this collection provide for horizontal and vertical transport building structures, materials, semi-finished products and parts, as well as loading, unloading
And stacking them on construction sites.
2. Warehouse work, as well as loading and unloading of railway cars, are standardized according to the “Unified Standards of Output and Time for Car, Motor Transport and Warehouse Loading and Unloading Work”, approved by the State Committee for Labor and Social Issues of the USSR and the Secretariat of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions.
3. Tariffication of work was carried out in accordance with the ETKS of Work and Professions of Workers, vol. 1, sec. "Professions of workers common to all industries national economy", issue 3, section "Construction, installation and repair and construction work."
4. The composition of the links provided in the collection “Crane operator (crane operator)”, “Automotive crane operator” are referred to in the paragraphs as “driver” for brevity.
5. Estimated weight building materials and cargo, which should be used in cases where N.v. And Rasc. given per 1 ton, given in appendices 1, 2, 3.
Chapter 1. MECHANIZED TRANSPORT WORKS
Technical part
1. The norms of Ch. 1, in addition to the work listed in the text of the paragraphs, the time spent on performing the following operations is provided for and is not subject to additional payment: refueling with fuel and water, lubrication, fastening and eliminating minor malfunctions of machines during a work shift, inspection, testing and transfer of machines when changing teams .
2. Preparation of materials (cargo) for lifting or lowering (packaging, lashing, laying) and delivery (transportation, lifting) to the operating area of cranes, forklifts, conveyors, etc. are rationed and paid for according to the relevant paragraphs of this collection.
3. Time standards and prices from § E1-4 to § E1-10, from § E1-14 to § E1-17 provide for hooking loads with ready-made slings to loops, hooks, staples, etc.

Guidelines for application of standards
The standards provide for the operation of automobile loaders equipped with a fork, a bucket, a blockless boom, and a grab.
When operating truck loaders with forks, piece and long materials (loads) are placed in bags or on pallets. Bulk materials (sand, slag, coal, etc.) loaded with a ladle are preliminarily hilled.

Guidelines for application of standards
The standards provide for the loading and unloading of construction materials and cargo (structures, parts, etc.) into cars, trailers, semi-trailers and trailers by automobile jib cranes and jib cranes on pneumatic wheels and caterpillar tracks. Construction materials (cargo) can be either pieced or in bags or containers.

Guidelines for application of standards
The standards provide for the supply of materials on pallets, in boxes, bags or containers to the work site using automobile jib cranes and jib cranes on pneumatic wheels and crawler tracks.
Scope of work
1. Moving the crane and installing it in working position. 2. Cargo hooking. 3. Raising or lowering the load and turning the crane boom. 4. Installation of weight on workplace. 5. Uncoupling of cargo or containers. 6. Collection and trailering of empty containers. 7. Return of empty containers. 8. Changing traverses, slings or containers. 9. Giving signals to the crane operator.
