Currently, there are two types of bonus cards in the loyalty program: plastic and virtual. Plastic card- this is a card with a unique number corresponding to the bonus account number of the program participant. This card has an unlimited validity period and can be used as long as the loyalty program exists.

The Member's virtual card is a unique number that corresponds to the member's bonus account number. It also has an unlimited period of use and gives the right to accumulate and exchange bonus points.

One participant can issue only one card (choice: plastic or virtual). The card must be linked to the holder's phone number.

According to status, all cards are divided into two types: “Standard” and “Premium”. Their differences are in the amount of bonus points accrued and the conditions for receiving them. The "Standard" card can be obtained when purchasing any product in the "Electrosila" chain of stores. It entitles the participant to receive bonuses in the amount of 3% of the purchase amount.

If you buy a product worth 1 thousand rubles or more, you will have access to a card with “Premium” status. This status will be available automatically after five calendar days after payment for the purchase. The Premium card will allow you to accumulate 6% of the purchase amount in bonuses.

How to activate the card?

To exchange bonuses for a discount, the Elektrosila bonus card must be activated. Activation of the card will be available in your “Personal Account”. By the way, there you can find out the balance of accumulated bonuses. When entering your "Personal Account" you need to enter the number mobile phone, which you indicated when issuing the card.

Activation of the card is carried out as follows:

Bonus validity period

HOW TO SPEND BONUSES?

You can pay with bonuses only in retail stores of the 5 Element network, including if you placed an order online or through an operator and chose the “Pick up in store” method of receiving the goods. Only activated bonuses can be used. Bonuses can be used to pay no more than 30% of the cost of goods**. When calculating with bonuses, 1 bonus = 1 Belarusian ruble.

Attention! Bonuses cannot be used to pay for goods at Super Prices.

To pay for goods with bonuses, you must present your card at the time of payment. When purchasing goods on credit, print out a check with the balance of bonuses and show it along with your card to a credit consultant - when making a purchase on credit, the discount that can be received by paying with bonuses must be taken into account in down payment and cannot exceed it.

If active bonuses are not used during their validity period, they will expire and be removed from your card account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED?

When returning goods (the next day after making a purchase or later), bonuses are returned after 3 days:

• bonuses accrued for returned goods (including promotional ones) are written off;
• Bonuses are awarded if the buyer paid with bonuses when purchasing the returned product.

When returning goods on the day of purchase, bonuses are returned within 24 hours.

Attention! For low-quality goods, bonuses will ONLY BE WRITTEN OFF, because... In case of such a return, the buyer receives a refund in the amount of full cost goods.
