Ksenia's apartment. Where does Ksenia Swift live?

  • 14.04.2021

In the soul of Ksenia Sobchak there lives a love for one place, dear because her famous father lived there.

Apartment of Anatoly Sobchak and Lyudmila Narusova- remarkably huge, on the Moika, window-to-window with the Museum-Apartment of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin and in terms of the amount of antique furniture it completely competes with it.

HELLO magazine was given the opportunity to make an exclusive photo report from the apartment of Ksenia Sobchak’s parents in St. Petersburg.
In terms of the amount of antique furniture, the home of Lyudmila Narusova (Ksenia’s mother) may well compete with the museum-apartment of A.S. Pushkin.

But all the pathos was destroyed when Ksenia came out of the bathroom in a dressing gown and with a wet head, and Lyudmila Borisovna invited her to the kitchen to drink tea with jam.

Two women miraculously suddenly filled the entire rather large space, making it cozy and simple. Bright, eccentric, very spontaneous, they are an incredibly colorful duo.

— Ksenia, remember how you moved into this apartment?
- Certainly. I resisted this so much! This was a classic St. Petersburg communal apartment. An alcoholic lived in the room where my nursery was later built, and it was in a terrible state. After three-room apartment V modern house on Kustodiev Street, I couldn’t imagine that we would live here, that all this could be renovated... But my mother put her whole soul into this apartment and turned it from ruins into what you see.

Lyudmila Borisovna:
— When friends began to come to visit, Ksyusha kept saying: “Mom, are we really so poor that we can’t buy decent furniture? I’m ashamed to invite friends to an apartment where it’s junk from the dump.” She didn't realize it was unique antique furniture. When I went to an antique store, Ksyusha stood at the entrance and shouted: “Comrades, don’t come here! All the stuff here is straight from the trash heap!”

Xenia:
— To be honest, I’m still not a fan of antiques. I find it much more convenient to live in a modern interior. But I return to this apartment with pleasure every time. Everyone here remembers their father.

Anatoly Sobchak's office remained the same as it was during his lifetime.

"This portrait amazing story, says Ksenia. — Ilya Glazunov portrayed his mother as a widow five years before his father’s death. He later admitted that he foresaw her fate.”

In the apartment of designer Ksenia Nikitina, with dizzying panoramic views, antique objects and art objects from personal collections come to the fore - things with history that create the atmosphere.

When decorating an apartment for herself and her family, Ksenia Nikitina did not limit herself to one style. “I worked to ensure that the house was, first of all, comfortable - for us and for the children,” explains the designer. “The interior had to be modern, but at the same time human.” An undoubted advantage for solving this problem was the abundance of light: the apartment with panoramic windows on all sides offers views of the city from an impressive height. But at the same time, such glazing posed a difficult puzzle for the designer: dividing the space of the second floor into rooms turned out to be not so easy. The walls had to be brought to the window frames - along trajectories, often non-standard: for example, in the playroom the wall runs in a zigzag, which was disguised by a closet. It was decided to leave the first floor without walls: the living room, dining room and study areas are separated only by light partitions.

The coffee table in the living room is a reincarnation of an antique Chinese bed.

On the fireplace portal in the living room there are Modénature table lamps and African accessories.

Sofa and armchairs in the living room - Promemoria. The owners brought an antique Russian table from the 19th century from Vologda region.

Egg chair by Arne Jacobsen. Table - Bleu Nature.

On the walls of the living room is a collection of paintings by Nikolai Zagrekov.

Antique Russian chests and designer porcelain are placed on the shelves of the guest bathroom. Plumbing - Flaminia designed by Paola Navone.

To support the warm light that fills the apartment, oak floors were installed and the walls were painted in light colors. “Paintings and objects from our collection of Russian applied art look good against such a laconic background,” says Ksenia Nikitina. - My husband and I traveled around the Vologda region, where we found many interesting antiques. Now our apartment is decorated with embroidered towels, spinning wheels, and carved angels.” Not only Russian antiques successfully fit into the interior: a German thread table, a Dutch chest, a Chinese opium bed converted into a coffee table - all this creates the very human interior that was originally conceived.

Embroidered Russian towels hang above the fireplace niche in the master bedroom. Armchair - Driade.

On the bed, upholstered in linen, are felt dolls by Berlin artist Christine Birkle.

The nursery wall is decorated with a tree made from vintage wallpaper from the 1960s. The Elephant stool was designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Vitra's anniversary in 2007.

She graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theater Institute, the acting department and the journalism department of Moscow State University (department of television and radio broadcasting).

She began her career as an actress in 1985 with a cameo role in the film “Insurance Agent,” but, not seeing any prospects for herself in this field, she decided to direct her talent to work on radio and TV, where, ultimately, in the late 90s and early 2000s x and achieved fame.

Personal life

Father - Yuri Vitalievich Volyntsev, theater and film actor, People's Artist and laureate of the State Prize of Russia.

She married for the first time at the age of eighteen to Igor Minaev, who some time after the divorce became a monk and headed the Konevsky Monastery.

After him, she was married two more times, but all the marriages did not last long. There was also an extramarital relationship with Andrei Makarevich. The last husband was Andrey Susikov.

Apartment of Ksenia Strizh

Ksenia is a native Muscovite, born and raised in Zamoskvorechye, but about eight years ago she decided to move from the center closer to the forest and the Setun River. She didn’t want to buy a country house and then carry out endless renovations and construction, so the choice fell on a modern brick high-rise with high ceilings, a good layout and excellent renovations left over from the previous owners.

After moving, the TV presenter made minimal adjustments to the interior. She is not a supporter of high-tech or luxurious palace decorations. She is closer to functionality and simplicity.

By modern standards, the apartment is not very large, but it has everything you need: a living room-office, a kitchen connected to a dining area, a bedroom with an original balcony and a bathroom with a toilet.

Classic-style parquet is laid everywhere. The ceiling is multi-level with spotlights, which the owner practically does not use, since she does not like overhead light, preferring intimate lighting in everyday life.

The living room performs several functions: here the hostess likes to relax after a hard day and receive close relatives and friends, and also in this room she likes to read an interesting book, sitting in a leather chair and on the sofa. The wall in the living room, on which the TV is located, is lined with decorative limestone; it was left to her from the previous owners of the living space. A silver chandelier hangs from the ceiling, looking like tree branches. There are family photographs and self-portraits on the walls.

The kitchen floor is tiled, and the kitchen unit is made of dark wood tones. At first glance, it is clear that Swift loves to cook and finds time for this activity. There is a large table in the dining area, something Ksenia has dreamed of since childhood. It is usually covered with a tapestry tablecloth, which creates a country house feel.

By the way, when friends come to visit her, they often go to relax and barbecue in the forest, which is located a few steps from the house. But according to Strizh, she doesn’t like country life at all and couldn’t stand even a few hours in her own private house far from Moscow, so she multi-storey building, located within the city, is simply ideal for her.

The bedroom is quite bright, but decorated with many bright accents.

The most original place is the loggia, where the hostess created an impromptu place to relax. The interior of the balcony is made in a bright style, there is a long-pile carpet on the floor, a low-slung soft chair, a table and even real binoculars.

The bathroom connected to the toilet is quite spacious. This room is completely tiled with light beige tiles, and instead of a banal bathtub there is a jacuzzi.

A large number of antiques placed throughout all the rooms reveal the owner to be a passionate collector and frequent visitor to flea markets. Elegant bedside tables and boxes, antique watches and a telephone from the 50s - it is these little things and a large number of personal photographs, as the radio host admits, that give her apartment a unique, personal atmosphere. In Ksenia’s opinion, housing where there is no history and no books is empty and soulless.

According to CIAN, an apartment of a similar layout in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area costs from 6 to 87 million rubles.

Ksenia Sobchak and her husband began renovating a new apartment. The house in which she was purchased for 180 million rubles is located in the best, in my opinion, area of Moscow - Khamovniki.

The building consists of two sections, its facades are lined with marble. The design uses panoramic glazing and beautiful stained glass windows.

On the ground floor there is a fitness center with a swimming pool, a children's playroom and a cafe. The underground parking is designed for 70 cars. Starting from the 2nd floor there are apartments: there are 28 of them in total. The area of the apartments is from 150 to 272 square meters.

This whole miracle is called “House on Smolensky Boulevard”:

The high cost of apartments here is quite justified. From the metro it's a five-minute leisurely walk. Near -- high rise building Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a little further from Novy Arbat.

If you head in the other direction, you can easily and quickly reach the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and atone for your sins. If you have nothing to reproach yourself with, the Central Park of Culture and Culture named after them is located nearby. Gorky.

There is also quiet Plyushchikha, the embankments of the Moscow River, and the Devichye Pole square. Everything is very convenient, everything is nearby. Both office Moscow City and the center. And even Kyiv - just in case! -- railway station.

Offers from the developer in the elite complex “House on Smolensky Boulevard” start at 150 million:

Developer details

To buy an apartment in the House on Smolensky Boulevard, a Moscow teacher with a salary of 30 thousand rubles only needs to work for five thousand years. From the time of the birth of the Sumerian civilization in Mesopotamia to the present day.

An office manager will buy an apartment much faster - in about three thousand years. They destroyed Troy, got a job in the office, and today you can move in!

Ksenia Sobchak is not a teacher. She led House 2, corporate events and went to rallies. She also tirelessly was listed as the face of the Ginza restaurant Tverbul, kept opposition money in a safe and destroyed the editorial office of a glossy magazine.

Husband of Ksyushadi Vitorgan Jr. I also didn’t sow grain. The son of his father, Maksimka played in a couple of cheap films and married several times.

And now, having matured, a young family of very useful citizens of Russia, who hate and throw mud at their country, bought an apartment in the center of its capital and are renovating it.

An elite residential building, where out of 28 apartments put into operation in 2007, no one was able to buy half of them. Elite apartment, with a footage of 250 square meters. Elite layout with dressing room and four bathrooms, winter garden and luxury infrastructure below.

A fitness club, a hairdresser, a massage parlor and a swimming pool - everything so that elite residents have something to brighten up elite evenings.

To prevent people from entering the house, it is guarded by professionals. There you can leave your child in the playroom or fall safely drunk in the recreation room under “expensive stucco and elaborate columns that create a feeling of luxury.” Local area made in the English style to make it easier to vomit on an elite lawn.

What am I talking about? Oh, yes: knowing full well that the redneck audience of House 2 will now scream about envy of the successful Ksenia, I want to ask normal people about justice.

Do you think it’s fair when useless people turn out to be owners of real estate worth two hundred million rubles?

Perhaps it would be more fair to place a teacher, a doctor, or even a migrant worker from Tajikistan in such an apartment, and give Ksyushadi a stall in the stable - a place that she deserves and benefits the state?

Recently, 36-year-old Ksenia Sobchak was the presenter at the award ceremony of the annual international award “Real Estate Market Records 2018”. Later she stated that she knew “almost everything about real estate in Moscow,” and after a while she went into detail told how to buy an apartment.

According to Ksenia, “Sobyanin and the ruble exchange rate have greatly reduced real estate prices in Moscow,” so “in the next 2 years it will fall” (Spelling and punctuation hereinafter are the author’s. — Note ed.). The journalist noted that everyone who “was waiting for better times is forced to bring projects to the market now.” Then Sobchak gave some advice to her subscribers on social networks.

"Never buy new apartment without finishing,” recommends Ksenia. She believes that “the floor is a shade darker” is better than for a long time live in constant renovation.

Also, the presenter does not advise choosing “huge anthills”: “It will always be noisier and someone will definitely be nailing something down somewhere and in general it will be a walk-through yard.”

In addition, Sobchak notes that it is necessary to carefully choose air conditioning. “The air conditioning should be VRV systems, ducted air conditioning - so that only the grilles stick out :) You see what they write about simply “supply hood” - run, it’s not enough!!! And what the hell are air conditioning units like in an apartment in the 21st century?” - said the politician.

Ksenia admitted that her favorite district in Moscow is Khamovniki. “Well, the best district of Moscow is, of course, Khamovniki. So Truzhenikov Lane and Brodsky House are the apartment of my dream come true. I don’t understand Zamoskvorechye as a district at all, but many people like it there. Ostozhenka is expensive and a little overpriced, and Patriki is a shalman. But that's me. I’m from St. Petersburg, and it’s important for me to look at the water!” — the journalist shared.

Let us remind you that Ksenia Sobchak became a mother in 2016, giving birth to a son, Plato, from her husband Maxim Vitorgan. During Ksenia's participation in the Russian presidential elections in 2018, rumors appeared that she was pregnant again. In July, Sobchak jokingly called herself a person who is “endlessly suspected of being pregnant.”
