Types of Rigla cards

There are three types of Rigla loyalty cards - they are unique stages that the client goes through while participating in the bonus program. Let's take a closer look at each of them:

The client receives it immediately after paying for the purchase and purchasing the card. With such a card, a participant in the bonus program receives the following opportunities:

  • 3 percent bonuses are awarded for purchasing medications in the Rigla pharmacy network;

Silver card

The participant receives this card after making purchases in the amount of ten thousand rubles or more using the main card. Having such a card allows the client to:

Gold card

You can become the owner of such a card only when thirty-five thousand rubles are spent on a silver card. This is the most high level participation in a bonus program that provides the client with such privileges as:

  • Indicate your loyalty card number;
  • Enter your name;
  • Write your Middle name;
  • Mark the date of birth;
  • Mark gender;
  • Enter your valid number mobile phone A;
  • Enter your current address email;
  • Confirm your desire to receive newsletters from the company;
  • Click on the “Send SMS code” block. Within three minutes you will receive a message to your number that was specified earlier. The text of the message will contain a code that must be entered in a special field;
  • Check the box to agree to the processing of personal data;

Activation of the Rigla card in a pharmacy

This method is very convenient to use, since you can activate the card immediately after purchase at one of the Rigla pharmacies.

You must contact a staff member for assistance. He will ask you questions to answer and record the answers in single base participants. An SMS message containing a confirmation code will be sent to your mobile number, which should be reported to the pharmacy employee. The card will now be activated.

Accrual of bonuses

The system stores the history of all your visits to pharmacies. The more goods you buy by presenting your card, the higher your level becomes and, accordingly, the percentage that goes to your bonus account.

In order for points to be awarded, you must give the card to the cashier before paying for your purchase. Bonuses will be credited on the same day. The number of bonuses awarded depends on the type of card you have in your hands. More details about the cards are written above in this article.

If you buy a gift card, no bonuses will be awarded for the purchase. If you purchase goods using a gift card, the bonuses will be credited to your Rigla card account.

Write-off of bonuses

In order for points to be written off, you need to inform the cashier of your desire, indicate the number of points that need to be written off, and present the card before paying for the purchase.

Points are written off at a convenient rate: 1 point is equal to 1 Russian ruble.

Bonuses can be used to pay up to half the purchase price.

Check Rigla card balance

Before using points for a discount, you need to know the balance of the Rigla card. Step-by-step instructions will help you do this quickly and correctly:

Card recovery

It happens that clients lose the card or store it incorrectly, as a result of which they get lost functionality. In such situations, you need to call 8-800-77-70-303 and report your desire to block the card, or use the form feedback on the official website.

In order to renew your participation in the loyalty program, you need to visit one of the Rigla pharmacies, buy a new card and ask an employee to transfer the remaining points from the lost card to a new one. Within five business days, the points will appear on the new card and become available for use.

AGREEMENT on participation in the “We invite” loyalty program (PUBLIC OFFER)

This Agreement is an official public written offer (proposal)
LLC "Rigla" (hereinafter - the "Organizer"), addressed to all interested parties (hereinafter - the Participants), collectively referred to as the Parties, to enter into an Agreement on participation in the "We invite" loyalty program (hereinafter - the Program). Text of this Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 Civil Code RF.

The subject of this Agreement is the opportunity for Participants to use incentives provided by the Organizer for purchases made in its pharmacy chains, purchase of goods, works, services by presenting a Loyalty Program card. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code Russian Federation in case of acceptance of the proposed conditions, the person who accepts this public offer participates in the “INVITE” loyalty program, by receiving, accumulating and using bonuses upon presentation of the “Participant Card”, becomes the Customer (Card Holder) under the agreement on the conditions set out below.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. "Loyalty Program" ("Program")- a program that allows Participants to accumulate bonuses for purchases in Rigla pharmacies in the territory of the Program with the subsequent use of accumulated bonuses to receive discounts on purchases, as well as receive additional benefits when purchasing goods in pharmacies.

1.2. "Program Organizer" ("Organizer")– Limited Liability Company "Rigla" (TIN 7724211288, OGRN 1027700271290). Location of the Company: 127282, Moscow, st. Chermyanskaya, 2, building 8.

1.3. "Participant"- capable individual, who is the holder of the Participant’s Card, who was 18 years old at the time of registration in the program, who voluntarily agreed to join the Program by receiving the Card and its voluntary activation and/or using the Card. The Participant grants the Organizer the right to store, process and use his personal data indicated by the Participant in the questionnaires, transferred to the Organizer by filling out the appropriate forms on the official Program Website, at the checkout or through the Participants’ call center operators. Participants are notified that if a Participant calls the call center, telephone conversations with the operator are recorded.

1.4. "Member Card"(Map) - plastic card, which serves to identify the Participant in the Program, received and activated by the Participant in accordance with these Rules, allowing the Participant to write off and accumulate Bonuses, as well as receive benefits in accordance with these Rules.

The validity period of the Card is limited by the validity period of the Program or by the Organizer's decision.

1.5. "Bonus Member Account"(“Account”) - an account opened in the information data system of the Program Organizer, containing information about the Participant, the number of bonuses accrued/written off and the current bonus balance.

1.6. "Bonuses" virtual conditional bonus units credited to the Participant’s Bonus Account in accordance with the Rules. The amount of accrued Bonuses can be used by the Participant to receive discounts on goods in accordance with these Rules. Bonuses give the right to receive Discounts by exchanging Bonuses for a Discount, or to receive other privileges and incentives provided for by Promotions. Bonuses are used for accounting purposes and are not a means of payment and cannot be issued in cash.

1.7. "Participant registration form"(“Form”) – a form provided by the Program Organizer, upon completion of which, an individual agrees with these Rules and expresses his intention to become a participant in the Program. The form is filled out in a subsection of the website www..ru/bonus_program/activation/) or by calling 8-800-777-0303.

1.8. "Questionnaire"- a form that, when filled out by an individual on the website www.site, is a statement of such person’s intention to become a Participant in the Program and confirms the Participant’s agreement with all the rules of the Program. Filling out the Questionnaire is a voluntary transfer of personal data by an individual to the Organizer. The questionnaire can be filled out by the Client in electronic form on the Website, at the checkout counter in a pharmacy together with a pharmacy employee and/or through a call center operator. The method of filling out the Questionnaire is determined by the Organizer.

1.9. "Notification"- information, including advertising, transmitted to the Participant using the contact information specified during registration in the Program.

1.10. "Participant's personal account"(“Personal Account”) is a subsection of the Program Organizer’s website where the Program Participant can view the status of his bonus account, receive information about additional benefits, correct/supplement the data specified when registering in the Program, and enable/disable Notifications.

1.11. "Territory of the Program"- participates in the program pharmacy chain"Rigla". Full list pharmacies are available on the website: www.site

1.12. "Discount"- the amount by which the sales price is reduced product price sold to the Client.

1.13. "Basic bonuses"– bonuses accrued/debited in accordance with the Terms of Participation and the rules of the Program for the purchase of goods from the assortment presented in the trade organization at the time of payment for goods and services.

1.14. "Promotional bonuses"– bonuses accrued/written off in accordance with the Conditions of Participation and the rules of the Program as part of additional marketing events/initiatives/programs/promotions when certain conditions are met for use for the purpose of writing off for the purchase of goods for a selected range.

1.15. "Program website"- website of the Program Organizer, located on the Internet at the address: www.site.

1.16. "Program validity period"– from June 01, 2017. The end date of the Program is not determined by the Organizer (the Program runs indefinitely) or until suspension or cancellation by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time by posting relevant information on the Program Website 7 (Seven) days before the end of the Program. The Program is not an incentive, lottery or other game based on risk, and there are no prizes to be awarded under this Program.

1.17. Personal data– any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

1.18. Personal data operatorlegal entity, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.19. Information services– for the purposes of these rules, these are services about obtaining advantages when purchasing goods, holding promotions and other information about the work of the Rigla pharmacy chain.

1.20. Contract offer- An agreement concluded between the Organizer and an individual in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, published on the official website of the Program on the Internet at the address: www.site. The offer agreement is considered concluded at the moment of acceptance by the Participant - an individual (Client) of the Organizer's offer.

2. PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUSION OF AN AGREEMENT (ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER). GENERAL PROVISIONS. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

2.1. The terms of participation are an official public offer (proposal) of Rigla LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) in accordance with Article 435, and paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation addressed to an unlimited number of individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Participants), collectively referred to as the Parties, and determine the conditions and procedure for participation in the “INVITE” loyalty program. The Participant confirms his unconditional agreement with these Conditions of Participation without any exceptions or restrictions according to the rules of accession to the agreement (Article 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation)

The subject is the ability of Participants to use incentives provided by the Program Organizer.

The Organizer and the Participant acknowledge that acceptance of an offer (acceptance of an offer) is the fact that an individual (applicant) performs one of the following actions:

  • on the Program Website
  • at the pharmacy with a pharmacy employee
  • by contacting the call center.

Having made the Acceptance, the Participant is considered to have confirmed that he:

  • I have fully read and agree to the terms and conditions;
  • purchased and uses the Card exclusively for personal, family or other purposes not related to entrepreneurial activity needs, and such needs do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

3.1. To participate in the Program, the Participant must purchase a plastic Bonus card at the checkout of the Rigla pharmacy at the time of payment for the purchase. The cost of the Bonus card is 50 rubles.

3.2. The card can be purchased at any pharmacy checkout in the Program area.

To write off bonuses accumulated on the Card during purchases, as well as to use additional privileges for Program participants as part of certain special offers, you must activate the card by registering as a Program Member.

Registration can be done in the following ways:

1) Fill out the Registration form for the Program participant in the subsection of the website www..ru/bonus_program/activation/) in the form specified in Appendix No. 1 to these Rules. In this case, the card is activated immediately after the Participant confirms registration.

Without activating the card, it is impossible to pay for part of the goods using bonuses from the card.

Activation of the Card means that the Program Participant is familiar with these rules, expresses his unconditional agreement with these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

By filling out the Questionnaire and receiving the Participant Card, the Participant confirms that he is familiar with these Rules, expresses his unconditional agreement with these rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) and undertakes to comply with them.

3.3. Personal data

The Program Participant, by filling out the Registration Form of the Questionnaire, activating the Card, and also using the Card in the future, expresses to the Program Organizer Limited Liability Company "Rigla" (TIN 7724211288, OGRN 1027700271290, 127282, Moscow, Chermyanskaya St., 2, building 8), your consent to the use of your personal data for the purposes of participation in the Program.

The fact of obtaining the Participant’s consent to the processing of his personal data is considered to be the completion of the Participant’s questionnaire and a mark in the column about familiarization with these Rules. When activating the Card through the call center, the fact of obtaining consent is the verbal confirmation of the phrase of the Call Center Operator “By providing your personal data in the amount (listing the fields of the questionnaire), you give your consent to the processing of personal data by Rigla LLC, and also confirm the accuracy of the data provided. Failure to provide consent to the processing of personal data by the Participant constitutes a refusal of his participation in the Program.

Confirmation of receipt of the above consent by the Organizer is considered to be the activation by the Member of the Card on the Program website or an audio recording of the transfer of information to the call center operator, including personal data and confirmation of consent.

The purpose of the Organizer’s processing of the Participant’s personal data is the proper fulfillment by the Organizer of its obligations provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and these Rules. Ensuring participation in the “We invite” loyalty program and providing the Participant with information services, including through the formation of personal offers for the sale of goods (works, services, results of intellectual activity).

The Participant agrees that the processing of his personal data may be carried out by any means permitted by current legislation, including, but not limited to: collection; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); usage; distribution (including transmission); depersonalization; blocking; destruction, as well as carrying out any other actions with personal data in accordance with current legislation.

In the event that the Participant has provided personal data third parties It is the Participant's responsibility to inform the third party about the use of this data and to obtain appropriate consent.

Data processing can be carried out both with the use of automation tools and without their use (with non-automated processing).

The Participant acknowledges and confirms that, if necessary, the Organizer has the right to provide personal data to a third party to achieve the above purposes. Such third parties have the right to process personal data on the basis of this consent. List of organizations and individuals to whom the Participant’s personal data was provided:

The Participant’s consent to the processing of his personal data is valid until it is withdrawn by the Participant or until the Program is terminated. The Participant has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data at any time by contacting the Participant by phone hotline 8-800-777-03-03. In case of withdrawal of consent by the Participant, the Organizer stops processing the Participant’s personal data within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal; in this case, personal data is subject to destruction by the Organizer according to expiration of the term provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation for their storage.

By accepting the terms of the Program, registering for the Program, including when undergoing Activation, and also using the Member Card in the future in accordance with Art. 18 Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 “On Advertising”, Art. 44.1 of the Federal Law of July 7, 2003 No. 126-FZ “On Communications” expresses its consent to receive from the Organizer or on behalf of third parties advertising information distributed over telecommunication networks, including through the use of telephone, fax, mobile radiotelephone, email , the Internet, to receive, on behalf of the Organizer, mailings over the mobile radiotelephone network by sending short text messages (messages consisting of letters and (or) symbols typed in a certain sequence), including advertising mailings,

The Participant has the right to refuse to receive advertising notifications by sending a corresponding request by calling the hotline 8-800-777-03-03, or by independently making the appropriate mark in the Participant’s personal account.

3.4. Only one Membership Card can be issued for one individual. If several Cards issued for one Participant are identified, the Program Organizer has the right to block all the Participant’s cards, with the exception of the original Card issued earlier than the others, with the cancellation of points accumulated on the blocked cards.

The Program Organizer has the right to refuse to register an individual in the Program if a valid registration in the Program is discovered for that individual.

3.5. The Participant is identified by presenting the Card. To access personal account Program on the website, the login to identify a participant in the Program is the Card number and phone number.

3.6. Responsibility for the safety of the Card and the use of the Card by third parties lies entirely with the Program Participant. The card is the property of the Organizer and must be returned upon his first request.

3.7. The organizer has the right to suspend the card and cancel the bonus account in unilaterally in cases of dishonest use of the Card by the Program Participant, including when the Participant provides false registration data.

3.8. The Participant has the right to terminate participation in the Program at any time by using the Program exit form in the Participant’s Personal Account or by calling the hotline 8-800-777-03-03. If the Participant withdraws consent to the processing of personal data in the manner provided for in clause 3.3. of these Rules, such a withdrawal is equivalent to the Participant’s statement of withdrawal from the Program. Participation in the Program by a Participant who has withdrawn his consent to the processing of his personal data, terminates at the moment of termination of the processing of personal data in accordance with clause 3.3 of the Rules, the Participant’s card is blocked.

3.9. The Participant's cards are not credit or payment cards and are not a means of payment. Bonus and other bonuses accrued under the Program are not equivalent to cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cash is not issued to the Participant from the Bonus Account.

3.10. If the Participant withdraws from the Program, the accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

4. ACCRUALS OF BONUSES

4.1. Bonuses are accrued for the purchase of goods from the Rigla pharmacy. The organizer unilaterally has the right to determine and change the rules for calculating bonuses. As part of special promotions, additional Bonuses may be credited to the Program Participant's Bonus Account. Bonuses may also encourage certain actions of participants in relation to the Program Organizer. Bonuses become available for withdrawal 24 hours after they are credited.

4.2. In order to accrue Bonuses, the Program Participant must notify the Organizer of the intention to accrue by presenting the Participant Card to the cashier before making a purchase. If the Program Member does not present the Card before making a purchase, Bonuses for the completed purchase are not awarded. Bonuses are credited to the Card when purchasing goods at Rigla pharmacies on the day of purchase. The Organizer is not responsible for failure to accrue Bonuses if the Participant did not notify that the purchase was made under the Program and did not present the Participant Card.

4.3. Bonuses and rights granted to the Participant under the Program cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, assigned to another person or used otherwise, except in accordance with these Rules or with the consent of the Organizer. Bonuses have no cash or monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for Russian rubles.

4.4. Bonuses cannot be accrued when purchasing goods using other loyalty programs at the same time in the receipt. When purchasing goods, the Participant voluntarily makes a choice whether he wants to use a discount on the Participant’s card by writing off bonuses, or adding bonuses to the Card for purchases, or use discounts provided under other programs and promotions.

The Program Organizer has the right, at its discretion, to set restrictions on the use of bonuses to pay for certain Goods.

4.5. Bonuses are credited to the Card upon the first presentation of the Card when purchasing goods.

The organizer can change the amount of bonuses awarded for purchases. The Organizer is obliged to notify Participants about this by posting information on the website www.site.

4.7. You can also get additional bonuses by participating in additional promotions. At the initiative of the Organizer, there may be held additional shares to provide discounts, special prices, increased bonuses to program participants for a specific product or group of products purchased at Rigla pharmacies. The validity period of promotions, the list of goods and the amount of discounts are determined by the Organizer unilaterally. 4.8. If the purchase is paid partly with Bonuses, partly with cash (cash or by bank card), then Bonuses are awarded only for that part of the purchase that was paid for in cash. Exception from of this rule may be separate promotions of the “We invite you” program.

4.9. Bonuses are not awarded for the purchase of a Gift Card. If a purchase is made using a gift card, Bonuses are awarded for such a purchase.

4.10.Bonuses can be used to pay for an order placed in an online pharmacy (subject to pickup).

5. WRITTEN OFF BONUSES

5.1. The program participant has the right to enjoy a discount when purchasing goods at Rigla pharmacies, subject to the simultaneous debiting of Bonuses from the card.

5.2. Write-off of Bonuses from the Program Participant’s Account is possible only after the Participant’s registration in the Program in the manner specified in clause 3. of these Rules.

5.3. To write off Bonuses, the Program Participant must notify the Organizer of his intention to write off by presenting the Member's Card to the cashier before making a purchase and informing him of his intention to write off, otherwise the write-off will not be made and the discount in exchange for bonuses will not be provided. When purchasing goods, the Participant voluntarily makes a choice whether he wants to use a discount on the Participant’s card by writing off bonuses or use discounts provided under other programs and promotions.

5.4. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally write off Bonuses from the Participant’s account in the following cases:

  • erroneous accrual of Bonuses;
  • return of goods for which Bonuses were awarded;
  • after 12 months from the date of accrual of bonuses;
  • accrual of Bonuses within the framework of special promotions with a limited redemption time, the validity period of which has expired;
  • according to requirements government agencies;
  • accrual of Bonuses as a result of dishonest use of the card.

5.5.The Participant determines the amount of the discount within the available Bonuses independently and informs the cashier upon presentation of the Card before making a purchase.

5.6. Bonuses are written off at the rate of 1 (one) Bonus = 1 (one) ruble discount.

5.7. In exchange for bonuses, you can get a discount on the entire range of pharmacies up to 50% of the purchase of goods. As part of special promotions, the discount can be increased up to 99% of the check amount.

In the case of exchanging Bonuses for a Discount, the amount of the provided Discount cannot exceed the balance of Bonuses on the Card at the time of the Bonus write-off operation, and also cannot be equal to full price purchases. In this case, Bonuses accrued earlier are written off first.

5.8. When the Participant returns one or more goods from a purchase partially paid for with Bonuses, the Participant will be refunded money for the returned goods minus the cost of the returned product amount bonuses paid by the Participant for the product.

5.9. Bonuses can be exchanged for a Discount at the time of payment for goods (work, services) at the Organizer's checkout. Bonuses accrued to the Card for a purchase cannot be exchanged for a Discount on the same purchase.

5.10. It is not allowed to write off Bonuses when paying Gift cards"Rigla".

5.11.When bonuses are written off for an order made in an online pharmacy (subject to pickup).

6. Rules for combining with the "-20% on everything" promotion

6.1. It is not possible to accrue bonuses under basic conditions in combination with the “-20% on everything” promotion.

6.2. Bonuses under basic conditions in combination with the “-20% on everything” promotion are written off according to the terms of the basic promotion.
